Bo Downen is Director of Western State Affairs. In this capacity he oversees 91香蕉视频鈥檚 legislative, regulatory and political affairs in the intermountain west and pacific northwest. Prior to 91香蕉视频, Bo spent 15 years consensus-building among western electric utilities, tribal sovereigns, and state and federal agencies to advance the long-term sustainability of the Northwest鈥檚 power supply. He served as a cabinet member to Montana Governor Steve Bullock advising on regional power and energy efficiency needs and on environmental mitigation matters. Bo serves as a board member to Tainable Regenerative Agriculture, an Oregon non-profit working to address climate change through carbon sequestration. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Bo lives in the Flathead Valley of his home state of Montana.
