Spencer has over a decade of experience working in associations focused on sustainability and entrepreneurship, including the Water Environment Federation, the International Franchise Association, and the National Waste & Recycling Association. He has successfully grown association membership counts and increased retention rates, with a strong focus on enhancing the member journey.
Spencer received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University. Originally from Louisiana, Spencer is based in Washington, D.C.
