This Draft Emergency Response Plan for energy storage facilities, presented by the American Clean Power Association (91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ), is the result of a collaborative member effort initially undertaken by the Energy Storage Association (ESA) in 2019 and continued following ESA’s merger with 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ at the beginning of 2022. This document is intended to be adapted by users as needed to be appropriate to the conditions, environment, staffing, structure, technologies, and setup of a given site.
